Mr. Donald He has around ten years of experience in IT industry, seven years in SAP BASIS, nearly two years in SAP HR, five years plus hands-on technical experience in three SAP maintenance support, five new implementation projects and two upgrade project.
As a certified SAP BASIS/ HR consultant, He has solid, systemic knowledge of SAP BASIS/ HR through standard SAP consultant training material, clear mind for troubleshooting and SAP service support, and also good at learning new technologies.
He also has experience in SAP Netweaver, such as Portal, XI, WebBEx configuration for BI, Single Sign-on configuration for Portal, Employee Self Service(ESS)/Manager Self Service(MSS) for HR, Solution manager setup/implementation etc. new SAP technology.
He also has experience in SAP GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) field.
As senior BASIS consultant, he helps to grow up the BASIS group in IT technology, Environment and BASIS new technology.
